Your first and only order has a few steps, but once it’s done, it’s done.
Step 1. Take a look at all the Lil products, make a note of what you would like to include in your Lil Box and how much of each item
Step 2. Complete the online order form, this includes 3 sections:
Using your notes from step 1, tell us which products you want in your Lil Box and how much you want of it each
Choose your packaging preference from:
Keep our preloved containers and recycled paper bags
OR
Return (£2 deposit) for dry goods - cotton bags and liquids glassware
Note any allergies
Step 3. Choose delivery method: delivery or collection
Step 4. Complete payment
Step 5. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email and confirm your delivery date
Step 6. We will then enjoy packaging up your Lil Box and will deliver to you on the confirmed date

FAQs
What if I don’t like what’s in my box?
That’s the best part! The subscription is flexible and made for what you like, so you can simply email us to let us know what you didn’t like and we can change it or remove it from your subscription.
What if I order too much?
Most of our products have a long shelf life, so we’d always say, keep it, you’ll use it eventually. It’s better than throwing it away. If you HATE it, get in touch and we’ll find a solution.
What if I don’t know the measurements I need?
If you don’t get it quite right the first time or even the second, you can keep adjusting each box by emailing us or ask for help and we’ll help curate the right measurements for you. We’re working on a measurements guide, in the meantime - 75g per person is about right for rice, pasta, etc. The cereal box will say 30g is a portion, most of us apparently serve 44g (British Heart Foundation).

Right where you are right now, that frustrated place, we have been there.
We actually started Lil out of frustration. We were fed up with having to choose between putting yet another piece of plastic into the world or feeding our families.
So we started to source our own plastic free goods and shared what we were learning with our friends and neighbours. We felt a buzz from our community for this better way of shopping and began hosting workshops to share ways to live more consciously.
Since then, we’ve grown into an online store, brick and mortar hub and vibrant community of people trying their best to make better choices for the planet, one lil step at a time!
We know the way society works doesn’t make it easy and we can’t all get it right all the time but we want to help you make sustainable living as easy and enjoyable as possible, one Lil step at a time!
